For Circum Universum, that moment didn't happen in a sterile laboratory or behind a chalkboard full of equations. It happened years ago, wandering the historic, winding streets of Montmartre, Paris.
The Inspiration: The Dishwasher’s Epiphany (2005)
"The SUE Theory wasn’t born in a lab; it was born in a Parisian cafeteria sink."
"In 2005, while washing dishes, I watched as the stream of water from the tap flowed through a sponge. As expected, the stream of water 'directly' vertexed through the sponge. Yet, neither the sponge membrane nor the water flow lost its intrinsic nature.
The observation was this; –while the sponge became more saturated with increased water amounts, it equally resisted more to the displaced flow of water rate. Importantly, even though it never fully stopped the flow of water, the sponge was successful in slowing down the rate of flow through it, within it. The stream of water, in turn, was successful in saturating the sponge, and if angled off center, this angular flow rate then causing the sponge to spin on its handle.

This slowing down, or drag, transformed the 'current of water' without changing the atomic essence of either the sponge nor the water. This meant the two substrates shared a symionic relationship with an unseen common denominator. What was that common denominator? It was resistance. In that moment, the CHIPP (Charged Hylogenic Ionic Proto Particle) excitation was born.
I realized that Dark Energy was not an 'energy' as such, and instead, it was a resistance. An impedance. And this also implied that Gravity then "was not a pull; —it was a "push" in the form of a substrate reaction to Inertial Mass.”
Eureka! It’s Archimedes' Buoyancy in reverse.
Therefore, Gravity is the displacement of the vacuum reacting to Mass. We aren't being merely pulled down to the perceived surface of the Earth; we are equally being pushed away from the vacuum of Space toward the center of the largest displacement of volumetric pressure in the CHIPP Substrate, the PEM (Proto Electromagnetic) vacuum substrate.
The PEM Vacuum Substrate Mechanics concept then is the realization that you cannot "excite" a void. You can only excite a Medium. And a Medium by SUE/CHIPP definition is not particles, it is a substrate where particles are merely the points of highest tension.
And if the impedance exists in a Paris sink, then it exists in every sink, around the Universe. Circum Universum!
This meant that impedance not only existed everywhere, it existed everywhere in proportionate amounts equal to the displacement. And therefore, you cannot displace a void, either. You can only displace a Medium.
Excite a Medium = Energy ∞Dark Energy
Displace a Medium = Gravity ∞ Dark Gravity
The SUE model treats the vacuum as an active substrate that has a flow and a resistance. Therefore, endotropic. As in Endotropic Adiabatic Expansion, EAE, as the substrate mechanism. Where Circum Universum has coined this novel term as "existing as a result of 'endotropic' induced qualities of the vacuum energy of Space, where the vacuum holds both isotropic tendencies on its 'exterior' while concomitantly producing anisotropic response from its inherent 'interior' CHIPP coherence."
By identifyiing the PEM CHIPP substrate as the physical reality of vacuum polarizability, the data of Tkatchenko and Fedorov$^{PRL2023}$ validates what the SUE theory identifies as the universal scalar $( \mu \approx 2.4 \times 10^{-6} )$, bridging the Casimir THz Gap to the Hubble Expansion.

That 'common denominator' curiosity followed me back from France and evolved into what is now the SUE Theory (Subpermeable Universe Expansion). What started as a philosophical wonder working as a dishwasher contemplating water><sponge dynamics in a Parisian café sink, became a rigorous pursuit of the CHIPP proto-particles and the PEM Force.
Just as Paris is a city of layers—from the Roman ruins beneath to the modern skyline above—where each of those layers are defined by the people who built those layers of human substrate, —the Universe is a system of layered (latticed) and recycled substrate energy of infinite expansion, where all light and dark particles are built from within.

In this scientifically rigorous Conceptual-Cosmology performance derivation, D’Ancalmo recontextualizes and coins the term Circum Universum as "Around the Universe" to reveal the subfloor of the Universe. This work was first tangentialized in D’Ancalmo’s 1995 physics thesis, "The Little Bang," where he identified an "Absence Force" for the "missing mass" problem—three years before the term "Dark Energy" was introduced. Since then, Quantum Physics has been vexed with quantifying this unsolved mystery. That is, until Run the Joules™.
For anyone who ever asked, “Where do we come from?”, D’Ancalmo succinctly answers with his novel derivation:

This work is 100% formidably legit. Run the Joules™ is the footnote of the century. The numbers do not lie. In its most basic description, Run the Joules™ is a scientifically rigorous cosmological audit of Quantum Physics. Whereby QP 'stopped' counting at $10^{18}$, Circum Universum calls 'foul’ by realizing $10^{-13}$ is the true bottom of the Universe’s subfloor.
AS D’Ancalmo writes in Circum Universum Pars I and Gravitatum Universum Pars II,
“As the Subpermeable Universe Expansion theory denotes, Here, it is equally imperative to understand and quintessentially essential to grasp the concept that CHIPPs are the absolute smallest possible form of particle, and also the smallest possible form of anything and everything. In actuality, CHIPPs exist as subatomic subionic proto particles that coalesce to form all subatomic subparticles, coalescing to form all subatomic particles, that coalesce to form all atomic particles, and therefore, all matter in the Universe. Therefore, it is empirically understood that CHIPPs exist at the absolute beginning, at the very crux of proto matter and proto energy combined.
Technically, not matter themselves, CHIPPs are not non-matter either, and cumulatively, these subatomic proto particles are what create all known matter and dark matter in the Universe. Subionic subatomic proto particles, i.e. CHIPPs, exist at the very cuspate and crux between matter and non-matter. Though everything with Mass in the known and unknown Universe is matter in one form or another, ––there does seem to be a possibility for non- matter and Mass outside the realm of the Subpermeable Universe, in the vacuous form and presence of Black Holes, where these subioniclastic microscopically induced superstructures hint at the presence of an other non-ending 'force' of the Universe, known as the Space Time Continuum, STC.’
Within this vacuum-centric intrinsic understanding of the SUE Theory model, it is imperative to realize that in its essence, no restructuring or removal of already established laws and observational facts that are currently established by Quantum Physics models, such as The Standard Model and General Relativity, need be rejected nor the removal of their most core principles need be suspected. Nor does the SUE theory attempt to rewrite these models' most basic and most complex understandings.
What the SUE theory offers, is a new lens of reality based on the inevitable realization that current QFT and GR models lack one very basic common denominator in their formidable calculations of the physical Universe, and that is a foundational coda of the vacuum itself. The SUE theory provides this common denominator by the ultimate realization that what was previously regarded as an non-reactive 'dormant' vacuum, is actually in reality a very active vacuum, and therefore, this active vacuum is not a passive 'other', and in reality, the vacuum is very much still the Alpha and Omega of the current understandings of the Quantum Physics Universe.
By treating the vacuum of Space as this foundational coda, in the form of its omniscient realization of a Proto Electromagnetic force, the PEM force, existing as as a fundamental force, primarily as the pure essence of the vacuum itself, where this PEM existing as the precursor to all Fundamental Forces, via the existence of a CHIPP subfloor, the SUE theory establishes a quantifiable and mathematical bedrock for what modern Quantum Physics necessitates, and that is the realization that the vacuum is the pressure valve of the Universe.
In other words, and by all remedial implications, that even though the vacuum has a seemingly 'nothingness' to it, in reality, the vacuum is a 'something' and therefore contains and is made of a 'somethingness'. And if the vacuum is made of this 'somethingness', then by all definitions of quanta, this 'somethingness' can be measured, and therefore quantified.
And since this measurable 'somethingness' exist everywhere, then by default this vacuum 'somethingness' is everywhere, then by proxy is the 'something' in everything. And even more esoterically, it is the 'Everything Else'. The common denominator of the Universe.
The SUE theory offers not only a definitive definition of this measurable subquanta, it also offers the missing piece to the Quantum Physics puzzle, and that is, that even though all atomic matter is formed in one way or another via the accepted Four Fundamental Forces of the Universe, these FFFs do not exist de facto and via a 'mysterious' unknown pre-existing, unknown, unfathomable, and therefore incalculable field. This is QFT and GR's infamous 'Inflation Theory' whereby all subatomic subparticles, aka bosons, leptons and quarks, were 'condensed' from an unknown substrate that was activated during the Big Bang, whereby this Big Bang rippled with immense energy, then 'cooled' to form all essence of atomic matter. The problem with this belief, is it relies on 'ghosts' to manifest the reality we observe now.
The SUE and CHIPP theory offer a 'real' solution, with the addition of a calculable and sub-quantifiable, valid formulation of the pre-Big Bang vanishing 'ghost' field. Specifically by realizing, the vacuum is the beholder of a greater and therefore 'proto' quantum field as the subfloor to our Universe. This PEM CHIPP induced subfloor is the absolute core essence of the vacuum, understood in SUE terminology as the Subpermeable Universe, where this subfloor is governed by the basic and intrinsic principles of the Planck constant, Hubble constant, and the Higgs-Boson theory, as well as adhering to Einstein’s Theory of Relativity, thereby CHIPPs are the absolute 'common denominator', the initial spark that essentially proto electrify and give essence to that smallest entity of all known matter, the atom.
The fact that an atom exists, is proof that it was formed of something other, for it cannot come from nothing. The fact that a something other exists is proof that the Universe must be made of this something other; and if the Universe is made of this something other and the Universe exists everywhere, then by default this something other must also exist everywhere, all around. This something other that surrounds us and exists all around us, our entire Universe, is what Circum Universum delineates.
Circum Universum is not a rewrite of Quantum Physics. If anything, it is a footnote. $\boxed{\text{A}_ {proto ~quantum ~footnote}}$, whereby its substance is about as significantly insignificant as the CHIPP PEM subfloor it proto-quantizes, and is as all-encompassing as the vacuum substance it describes and manifests into reality. By realizing that the vacuum is the 'everything' we've been looking for, Circum Universum turns the Universe upside down and asks this one very simple question: –if the Universe is made of bosons, leptons and quarks, where do these 'sub-elementary' subatomic subparticles come from.
If the Universe is permeated by an invisible, fluid-like layer called the Quark Field, where these Quarks existed as massless energy fluctuations before they ever "felt" the Higgs Field, whereby the Universe then expanded and the temperature dropped, the Higgs Field underwent a "Phase Transition" (similar to steam condensing into water), whereby suddenly, the Quark Field and the Higgs Field began to "talk" to each other (this is called Yukawa Coupling), and the massless Quarks suddenly encountered "drag" and slowed down, and gained Inertia, then by its own math and scientific rigor, the Quark Field cannot exist without a Vessel to contain it. No vessel = No pressure. No pressure = No volume. No volume = No impedance. No impedance = No current. No current = stasis.
Circum Universum asks: "How can there be a vibration (a Quark) without a medium (the Vessel) to vibrate in?" The most basic, and most simple and honest answer is, ––there cannot. A Universe without a pre-existing medium, aka, a proto substrate, is about as useless of a vibrating and resonating field as the masterful equations built upon it. No ground, no sky.
Quantum Physics calls the medium "The Field," though it never explains what the Field is "made of" or what "holds" the Field in place. It just assumes the Field is a fundamental "Given."
Circum Universum is the fundamental "Given." It establishes via its SUE and CHIPP subfloor, that within the vacuum exists a Proto Electromagnetic force that is the 'vessel' that provides the 'pressure' of the Big Bang's Inflation Field. For as Circum Universum establishes via this iteration of its observations, this Gravitatum Universum, it is the presence of Gravity that effectively 'seals the deal' in regards to the undeniable necessity of a PEM pressure field subfloor. Circum Universum reaffirms via Gravitatum Universum that in order for an Inflation Field to 'exist', there must first be a something pre-existing 'other' essence from which this Inflation pressurizes from.
To be ultra-specific, in the language of Quantum Field Theory (QFT), this "pre-existing field" is not a physical substance like a gas or a liquid. It is a mathematical property of the vacuum itself. In the Standard Model, the Universe is not "empty space" that then gets filled with fields. Instead, QFT regards the vacuum as the collection of these fields. It assumes the vacuum is a Multi-Layered Substrate where the vacuum of the Universe is like a stack of transparent sheets. Each sheet represents a different "pre-existing field."
One sheet is the Quark Field. Another sheet is the Electron Field. Another sheet is the Gluon Field. Another is the Higgs Field. These fields then are present at every single point in the Universe, from the center of the Sun to the furthest "empty" void. This means that QFT and GR establish a "State of Nothingness", aka The Ground State, pre-existing before the Big Bang, or Inflation, where these fields were in their Ground State. In this state, the fields are "flat." There are no ripples, and because there are no ripples, there are no "Particles", therefore no Quarks, no Electrons, etc.
This is what QFT and GR call a 'Vacuum'. It is a "nothing" only in the sense that no characters have been written on the page yet. Yet, the Pages (the fields) are 'serendipitously' already there. No rhyme. No reason. They just are there, and without a 'substrate' other than a 'nothingness' to call their own. This means, we cannot quantize this 'nothing' because there is nothing to quantize.
In QFT, when you add energy, aka the Joules from the Inflation decay, the field "vibrates." A vibration in the Quark Field is what we see as a Quark. A vibration in the Electron Field is what we see as an Electron. This all makes great sense, except, it derives the most obvious question of all, what is then that vibrates in the first place, if in this Universe vacuum of 'nothing', that is then a 'something', it is an established and agreed upon reality that every 'something' then is made of a 'somethingness', and every 'somethingness' then is constituted by its somethingness substrate.
This is where Circum Universum is needed, and supplies the 'somethingness' substrate as the "Alpha and Omega" logic to this pressurized 'vessel', where the SUE and CHIPP theory logic becomes the ultimate 'somethingness' as establishing the PEM CHIPP subfloor as the 'everything ' of the Standard Model and GR models, and then by treating Circum Universum as the extended and logical derivation, we can then derive that this 'everything' is actually the 'everything else'. “
D’Ancalmo’s biggest (smallest) realization is the reality that the entire Universe is built from the ground up. This ground subfloor is a 2:1 [Nega/Posi] ratio, so that if the Universe is built from the ground up, then this 'ground' must be everywhere since the Universe is everywhere. This led to his greatest moment of clarity, Circum Universum, where D’Ancalmo did what a conceptual cosmologist is supposed to do, he “Ran the Joules”. So that Circum Universum has became his 'common denominator’ that has turned the entire Universe upside down. Because numbers do not lie.
Circum Universum, is D’Ancalmo’s debut manuscript where his novel $\boxed{\dot{\mathcal{E}} = \mu f² m c²}$ derived equation, D’Ancalmo began to “Run the Joules”, and via his ability to reverse engineer the hydrogen atom in Circum Universum ©2020, he derived at the correct figure for his 'virtual excitation' CHIPP as [+1oeV] (octillionth of an electron volt, or [+.027ev]) per PosiCHIPP, and therefore [-1oeV] for every NegaCHIPP. Then the entire Universe existing as negative pressure residual of this 2:1 ratio, then the entire Universe is pressurized by a [-.865ΩJ:+.433ΩJ] ratio, meaning the actual negative pressure of the Universe can be described as a [-.433ΩJ] 'subionic' energy whereby this infinitesimal amount of energy exists as 23 undecillion CHIPP/meter³, deduced from the observed Universe in QP containing about 1 hydrogen atom/meter cubed, so that then every hydrogen atom has 23 undecillion CHIPPs within its subfloor mainframe, and therefore these 23 undecillion CHIPPs produce $9.959 x10^{-10}J/m³$.
Talk about “Run the Joules”. Here, is an entire SubUniverse modern quantum physics missed because it drew the threshold at $1 x 10^{12}$ for Local Realism, whereas anything smaller was considered 'noise'. Aka, unwanted pennies in a jar. This is where A.D’Ancalmo’s "Virtual Excitations© Cosmological Performance®: Run the Joules™ (Circum Universum™ - The CHIPP™ Theory©)” emerged to its full-light. From his undergrad physics class studies, he remembered reading about what is known as the 'THz Gap', a 'real' Local Realism place between two thresholds of reality, that is light and sound. This 'Gap' is still to this day considered one of the greatest mysteries, because for some unknown reason, this Gap 'muddles' the waters, most prominently between the optical frequencies and the auditory frequencies.
D’Ancalmo never imagined his Little Bang thesis will turn into the 21st Century’s 'biggest’ universal audit ever. This realization that modern Quantum Physics has been 'cooking the books' all along, where D’Ancalmo was the only one able to identify these 'pennies in a jar' within a gargantuan sized vault full of jars, this audit then 'added-up' to the exact amount of Dark Energy observed in the Universe. By reverse engineering a hydrogen atom, D’Ancalmo unraveled and discovered that his [0.27 oeV] CHIPP, leading to $2.3 x 10^{37} CHIPPs/m^3$, was the exact number in the figure of the Universe, $10^{-27}$, is critical because it represents the fundamental scale of the mass of a proton (and thus a hydrogen atom) and the average density of the Universe.
From a Little Bang, to 23 undecillion unwanted pennies in a jar/m³, to “Run the Joules”, to $\boxed{\dot{\mathcal{E}} = \mu f² m c²}$; Circum Universum is the ultimate 21st Century realization that if Energy = Matter, and the Universe is zero-rest mass equilibrium of unwanted $9.959 x10^{-10}J/m³$ as waste, then Matter is the physical storage of these Joules as storage containment units (Joules) of waste, and therefore all Matter is the Universe’s waste. We all exist as "intelligent waste". Though, just because the Universe does not 'want' us, does not mean we are not Universal.
As the saying goes, "One Universe’s waste is another Universe’s treasure."
