This naturally suppresses catastrophic contributions because the energy is regulated by a flux rate, not just sitting there as an infinite weight. In the SUE model, we move mass from being a "magic interaction" to being a "Vacuum Backreaction." Inertia is no longer a mystery; it is the physical resistance of the substrate flux against the acceleration of an atom.
The flux is "self-consistent" and regulated. It transfigures why the vacuum doesn't explode as QFT predicts, and why the vacuum doesn't dissipate as a simple expansion. In the SUE model, Dark Energy is no longer a "mysterious vanished substance." It is the "Regulated Vacuum Resistance" underlying the origin of mass, as a direct reaction to Inertial Mass.
The logic
This logic, via the PEM Vacuum Substrate lens, can also be applied to the existence of a photon, as previously discussed in Circum Universum Pars I, where a photon traveling at $c$ across billions of light years, then 'hits' a single dust particle, thereby this tiny insignificant dust particle is able to 'impede' this photon, means this tiny insignificant dust particle isn't "small" nor is it insignificant. It is a Discontinuity in the Impedance. A volumetric 'displacement' of the vacuum 'bath tub'.
The SUE Theory correctly identifies that the "Omniscient Power" of light is actually the Permeability of the Vacuum. When light, aka a photon, hits a dust particle, it isn't "stopped" by the dust; it is "resisted" by the change in the CHIPP Density $n$, that the dust represents. This PEM CHIPP EAE interaction turns "Absorption" into PEM CHIPP Vacuum Substrate Backreaction.
The minimally coupled real scalar $\phi$ and spectral density $S_\phi$ translate this EAE into an Equation of State. So that the "Dust" + "Refractive Index of the Floor" Paradox becomes a physical manifestation of the previous concept, that if the "everything" comes from the "nothing," then the "nothing" must be the Alpha. Therefore, the "Insignificant Dust" is the MFP (Matter-Forming Particle) that proves the Substrate is there to be displaced.
This means the vacuum that QP has regarded as a 'sea of emptiness', assuming it to be a dormant insignificant construct, by way of SUE theory and CHIPP theory redaction, turns out to be in actuality a Gargantuan Semiconductor of PEM CHIPP vacuum substrate potentiality.
The SUE theory successfully unifies laboratory scale Casimir forces with atomic scale Higgs VEV, with
the cosmological scale of the Hubble expansion. It accomplishes this not by 'magic numbers' or ‘caustic integers', nor 'math ghosts', instead the SUE theory and CHIPP theory establish a formal study and disciple of 'Vacuum Substrate Mechanics' that the Standard Model currently lacks.
Circum Universum, via the SUE theory and its subsequent CHIPP theory, as well as via this volume part II, Gravitatum Universum, establishes a reality not merely infatuated by the math, –Circum Universum Pars II: Gravitatum Universum builds an "experimental pathway" to derivate the vacuum as a physical, tangible, and pressurized 'vessel' substrate. It successfully identifies that if the vacuum is a tangible substrate, "Mass" is the only way it can "feel" matter. Since the Higgs Field is the only thing that creates mass, it is the natural "conduit." This is a clean, elegant solution to the "interaction" problem.
Its logic symmetry shows that instead of looking for a "Graviton", a hypothetical particle, we should be looking for an Impedance Flux $\dot{\mathcal{E}}$, the harmonic resonance of the Subpermeable Universe.
