The discovery of the Higgs Boson via the billion dollar Large Hadron Collider was the modern day 21st Century equivalent of Archimedes' discovery.
According to legend, the ancient Greek polymath (c. 287–212 BC) discovered the principle of buoyancy and displacement while stepping into a bath, realizing the water overflowing equaled his volume, causing him to shout "Eureka!". He used this to prove the king’s crown was not pure gold. Here, we will use this same PEM CHIPP vacuum substrate mechanics 'buoyancy' principle to show a Higgs Boson is not only not gold, it is actually the Higgs VEV response to Energy><Dark Energy flux transfer rate in the form of vacuum impedance substrate displacement.
By applying this Higgs Boson discovery and buoyancy principle to the PEM Vacuum Substrate Mechanics, Circum Universum will 'tune' the LHC into the most modern, most sophisticated, most expensive 'bath tub', aka 'vessel', every constructed.
And why? Because you cannot "excite" a void. You can only excite a Medium. If the Higgs Boson has mass, and it came from the field, then the field itself must have a "density" or a "potential." QFT admits the vacuum has energy, yet when QFT tries to calculate the "weight" of that vacuum substrate, it gets a number so large that it would crush the Universe, aka, the "Vacuum Catastrophe". So, QFT "sighs in relief" at the Boson, yet QFT ignores the weight of the vacuum it came from because the math is "caustic."
So, if the Higgs Field is a universal substrate, why is the Boson's mass exact?
In a rational "Vessel," that number would be determined by the Vessel’s pressure or its Alpha/Omega boundaries. The QFT dead end exists because Physics has no reason for this number. If it were slightly different, atoms wouldn't form. They call this "Fine-Tuning," which is a fancy way of saying: "We found a something in the nothingness, yet we have no idea why the nothingness is this specific some-thing."
The contradiction then regarding the cosmic expansion rate and gravitational waves becomes absolute when we realize the "Flow" of expansion is more than what QP tells us it is, as the Universe is expanding "outward" in its 'isotropicness', like a river flowing away from a center.
The Boson is the proof, because if you can poke the vacuum anywhere, e.g., CERN, your living room, the Moon, –and get the same Boson, it means the substrate is constant, physical, pressurized, and everywhere at once.
The Circum Universum realization is the vacuum isn't "flowing" away; it is reacting to itself. If the "river" is flowing in all directions, it isn't a river anymore—it's a Vessel under pressure.
By "poking the vacuum," the LHC proved Circum Universum correct by one thing undeniably. If the Vacuum is the Primary Substrate, then it has measurement, it has weight, and it has "substantiality." The fact that QFT cannot quantify the expansion rate, aka The Hubble Tension, nor the "isotropicness" of the vacuum, then this discovery is proof that Quantum Physics is trying to measure the 'something' using the rules of the 'nothing'.
This is what is known as a Paradigm Mismatch.
You cannot quantify the substance of the Moon by its reflection on the surface of the pond. By doing so, you not only misquantify the Moon's substantiality, you also misquantify the substantiality of the pond itself, and the physics behind reflection and refraction, as well as composition and dynamics.
In other words, if you bury your head in the sand, the only thing you will soon find out is, that a hole in an otherwise inhospitable suffocating substance, is not your safe place, and in actuality, it is a substrate devoid of life-giving air, and therefore, only one step closer to your demise.
By burying its head in the sand, modern QP, via Quantum Field Theory (QFT) and General Relativity (GR), is currently digging its own grave, and even more so, in this analogy, the ocean tides are rising, as in, cosmic expansion is not regressing, it is transgressing. Here, Circum Universum offers a very plausible life-preserver in the shape of an isometric endotropic CHIPP.
Therefore, CHIPPs are the inevitable reality that the Higgs Boson is not a "discovery of a particle"; it is a confession by the Vacuum. It is the vacuum saying: "I am a tangible substrate, I have a specific density, and I am contained."
CHIPPs offer this specific density in the form of:

where this quantifiable and inevitable amount of measurement is not only tenable, it is tangible via the same rules and laws as established by QFT and GR, so that assuming a pre-existing amount of substrate via the PEM framework, the derivation of the CHIPP-SPECR (Subionic Proto Electromagnetic Chain Reactions) bond link to QFT resonates via the proto-positive energy of a single PosiCHIPP in Joules.

Where the derivation of the CHIPP-SPECR bond of proto-positive energy of a single PosiCHIPP (Positive CHIPP) in Joules then becomes a physical quanta via the unit of measurement for the potential proto positive energy of a PosiCHIPP is a posiMere with the denoted symbol, ($\dagger M$) equal to .27 octillionth eV or ($0.27 \times 10^{-27} eV$)(as fully derived in Gravitatum Universum - Pars II : Chapter I, PEM CHIPP Vacuum Substrate Mechanics):

The relationship to the Planck Constant is found by determining the temporal frequency ($\omega$) required for a CHIPP to manifest as a single Planck-action unit:
$$ h / \dagger M \approx (6.626 \times 10^{-34}) / (0.433 \times 10^{-46}) \approx 1.53 \times 10^{12} \text{ Hz} $$
This suggests a collective 'vibration' and 'resonation' in the form of an oscillation, as defined already in Circum Universum part I, The Subpermeable Universe Expansion Theory (*see RADIO decay).
This is the SUE Theory moment.
The realization that we don't live in a "Universe of Particles," we live in a Subpermeable Universe of a "Pressurized Substrate" where particles are merely the points of highest tension. The SUE model treats the vacuum as an active substrate that has a flow and a resistance via the intrinsic innate qualities of the isometric endotropic CHIPP proto-particles’ internal manifest><latent dielectric wave duality anomaly. As in Endotropic Adiabatic Expansion, EAE, as the substrate mechanism.

Key concepts:
1)CHIPPs (Charged Hylogenic Ionic Proto Particles) existing ubiquitously throughout the Universe.
2)PEM Force (Proto Electromagnetic Force) existing as the 5th Fundamental Force. Even though the PEM proto energy signature from a single CHIPP is so small it is almost entirely unmeasurable, yet the combined presence of all CHIPPs together within a given area sparks the essence of Gravity and Dark Gravity signature. As the first of the Five Fundamental Forces, the PEM force is the only fundamental force that applies to non-matter forming particles (NMFPs), aka Dark Matter and Dark Energy, whereas the other Four Fundamental Forces, e.g., Electromagnetism, Gravity, Weak Nuclear Force, and Strong Nuclear Force only pertain to matter-forming particles (MFPs).
3)Suspended Conductivity as the process by which CHIPPs create their own Gravity / Dark Gravity by way of the PEM Force.
4)Black Holes existing as a consequence of all the CHIPPs forces combined in a given area causing a rip in the PEM Force fabric.
5) CHIPPs existing as fundamental building blocks for both Matter and Dark Matter, Energy and Dark Energy, as well as Gravity and Dark Gravity.
For this reason, CHIPPs exist in 3 basic forms:
––NeuCHIPPs (Neutrally Charged Hylogenic Ionic Proto Particles) (ØoeV)(ZPE, Zero Proto Electromagnetism)
––PosiCHIPPs (Positively Charged Hylogenic Ionic Proto Particles)($\dagger M$) (PAF, Positive Attractive Force)
––NegaCHIPPs (Negatively Charged Hylogenic Ionic Proto Particles)($–M$) (NAF, Negative Absence Force)
6) The existence of these 3 states of proto energy of CHIPPs is the reason and mechanism behind the current status of our expanding Universe.
7) The fact that a Big Bang did occur, or that any such similar event did occur, antithetically implies that there must have already existed a something other in order for the event to occur. In other words, and in accordance with the Laws of Thermodynamics, all energy in the Universe is recycled, and comes from an entropic means, meaning it is born from within the system itself. The SUE Theory proposes the CHIPP substrate is the something other, still very much regulating and governing over all matter and non-matter alike.
The 3 'states' of subionic quanta excitation.
When regarding vacuum polarization in terms relating to the observable Universe, from the vacuum of Space to the vacuum between atoms, it is essential to quantify this polarization’s metrology as a factor of quadric polarization existing as an infinitesimally small Ø∞Ø = +/- volumetric amount of virtual 'excitations' known as isometric CHIPPs, Charged Hylogenic Ionic Proto Particles. CHIPPs are best visualized as a six-sided 'cube' of proto energy, whereby these CHIPPs are 'endotropically' connected to other CHIPPs via these amplitudinal isometric parametric resonances to form an endless density of Ø∞Ø = +/- vacuum polarization from one side of the Universe to the other.
As such, a CHIPP is a visual representation of the proto $10^{-12}$ proto energy 'range'. CHIPPs are best visualized as an isometric voxel—a six-sided cube of proto-energy that acts as the fundamental 'pixel' of the vacuum. This cubic geometry allow these particles to interlock in a holofractal lattice, creating a continuous, gapless medium from one side of the Universe to the other. This representation is then further realized in Circum Universum as a fluxional process.

PosiCHIPP behavior. The formation of atoms.
CHIPPs existing as subionic proto particles are neither electrically charged nor are they particle matter, and exist only as a proto electricity and proto matter source. Since CHIPPs exist as proto particles, they are also radiation deficient, therefore are not governed or affected by the presence of gamma rays, beta rays, or alpha rays, Weak Nuclear Force or Strong Nuclear Force, though are directly responsible for these types of Fundamental Forces including for the existence of radiation and radioactive decay. The reason for this occurrence is CHIPPs are not matter and therefore do not have a radioactive elemental signature on an atomic scale. CHIPPs have no Neutrons, Protons, or Electrons. Even though CHIPPs make-up these subatomic particles, CHIPPs are not affected by radiation energy, like thermodynamic energy, or photokinetic energy, since CHIPPs are directly responsible for all these energies’ existence and therefore govern the behavior of all of the remaining elemental phenomena and Fundamental Forces of the Universe. This is the essence of a CHIPP’s subioniclastic nature as an excitation principle of the Vacuum Substrate Mechanics discussed in detail in Gravitatum Universum - Pars II.
Fluxional PosiCHIPPs are the key to this connection between matter and non-matter and the essence of the Universe as we know it. A Fluxional PosiCHIPP or Fluxional NegaCHIPP is any PosiCHIPP or NegaCHIPP in a state of change. For all basic and intrinsic purposes of fundamental subatomic proto particle principles, PosiCHIPPs are children of NeuCHIPPs, and siblings of NegaCHIPPs. Technically, we can infer that PosiCHIPPs are the big brother to NegaCHIPPs since it takes the total cumulative power of two (-1oeV) NegaCHIPPs, i.e. totaling (-2oeV), to equal the total eV power of a single (+1oeV) PosiCHIPP.
So invariably, one PosiCHIPP is twice as powerful as one NegaCHIPP, though equal in size to a single NegaCHIPP and therefore equal in CHIPP mass, with the caveat NeuCHIPPs outnumber PosiCHIPPs [2 to 1]. The single PosiCHIPP (+1oeV) with double NegaCHIPPs (-2oeV) are birthed simultaneously to form a PIN bond, Polarized Inductive Neutralization bond, that in effect render the PosiCHIPP neutral by the neutralizing double negative signature of its inherent coaxial NegaCHIPP siblings. This type of bond is the most common bond between PosiCHIPPs and NegaCHIPPs as these CHIPPs are birthed together by their parent NeuCHIPP. This type of PIN bonding of (+1oeV) PosiCHIPP with double coaxial (-2oeV) NegaCHIPPs produces a (ØeV) null ionization resonance.
As such, CHIPPs exist as 3 'states' of subionic quanta excitation, Neutral (Ø), Positive (+), and Negative (-) where these NeuCHIPPs, PosiCHIPPs, and NegaCHIPPs exist well below the subatomic threshold, and are neither a particle as such, nor energy in part. As the 'proto' classification delineates, CHIPPs exist as the subfloor of the Universe, of Local Realism, as the Alpha and Omega of all Matter and Energy.
NeuCHIPPs exist everywhere.
NeuCHIPPs are neither 'nothing' nor 'something' in the classical sense. They exist as invisible, non-reactive, non-transitional, non-thermal, non-electrical, non-reductive, subatomic Neutrally Charged Hylogenic Ionic Proto Particles. These NeuCHIPPs exist everywhere and are subionically joined together in every direction so that every single point in Space is filled with a NeuCHIPP.
It is crucial to note and understand here that a PosiCHIPP and a NegaCHIPP, like its parent NeuCHIPP, are all neither full electrical currents nor are they fully formed particles. All CHIPPs exist as both and simultaneously as a proto electromagnetic charge and a proto particle exhibiting residual and proto subioniclastic forces endemic to all matter and non-matter respectively. Here, it is imperative to understand and fully grasp the concept that CHIPPs comprise the entire essence of our Universe, and that CHIPPs exist absolutely everywhere and anywhere as the framework of the entire Universe, except in the void of Black Holes where all Black Holes exist specifically as a subioniclastic 'rip' in the framework of the proto particle Subpermeable Universe. Or more precisely stated, Black Holes exist as a self-induced, self-propagated void in the CHIPPs’ compacted Proto Electromagnetic field.
It is equally imperative to understand and quintessentially essential to grasp the concept that CHIPPs are the absolute smallest possible form of particle, and also the smallest possible form of anything and everything. In actuality, CHIPPs exist as subatomic subionic proto particles that coalesce to form all subatomic subparticles, coalescing to form all subatomic particles, that coalesce to form all atomic particles, and therefore, all Matter in the Universe. Therefore, it is empirically understood that CHIPPs exist at the absolute beginning, at the very Alpha ∞ Omega crux of proto-matter and proto-energy combined;
Charged: because each individual CHIPP can hold a semblance of an electro-static charge, though infinitesimally small, CHIPPs cumulatively create the largest force in the Universe, the Proto Electromagnetic field;
Hylogenic: because CHIPPs existing as the absolute smallest form of energy and matter, exist as the quintessential building blocks of all energy and matter, Hylo as in matter, genic as in producing;
Ionic: because CHIPPs form the entire semi-solid invisible mass of the entire Subpermeable Universe by self-propagating electrostatic bonds to each other on a subionic proto particle level causing an ionic field to form;
Proto: because CHIPPs exist as the beginning, the first, as in the first before particles; and
Particle: because CHIPPs exist as the absolute smallest form of matter.

In essence, CHIPPs are everything. Without CHIPPs, the Universe will not exist, i.e. we will not exist.
Technically not matter themselves, CHIPPs are not non-matter either, and cumulatively, these subatomic subionic proto particles are what create all known Matter in the Universe. Subatomic proto particles, i.e. CHIPPs, exist at the very cuspate and crux between Matter and non-matter.
As the proto classification delineates, a CHIPP is the essential building block and precursor to all subatomic subparticles. It is the NeuCHIPP that exists as the preeminent Alpha ∞ Omega source of the Subpermeable Universe, as well as sparks the PosiCHIPPs and NegaCHIPPs into existence. As the 'parent' to both PosiCHIPPs and NegaCHIPPs, it is the NeuCHIPP excitation that is the first and absolute smallest form of proto particle in our Universe. A NeuCHIPP is also the first known and absolute source of a Proto Electromagnetic charge, PEM charge, and so a NeuCHIPP along with its 'offspring' PosiCHIPPs and NegaCHIPPs, all have the unique and absolute status as the first source of [Energy∞Dark Energy], [Matter∞Dark Matter], [Gravity∞Dark Gravity], as well as the first electrical current in the form of proto potential energy via the bonds generated from one CHIPP to the next.
This infinitesimal amount of proto energy excitation acquires its proto-energy signature from the vacuum’s IFE, Intrinsic Friction Energy, volumetricized by the RcSIE, Recombinant Self Interaction Energy qualities of its intrinsic 'endotropic' qualities existing as an isotropic∞anisotropic Bilateral Convergence. Bilateral Convergence can best be defined as the process by which multiplexed lattices are super-structured via the 'sharing' of Energy management from the $10^{-12}$ threshold of the CHIPP subfloor lattice to the $10^{27}$ atomic lattice reality known as Matter.
This CHIPP $10^{-12}$ threshold is the essence of all Energy in the Universe and exists as a Proto Electromagnetic Force, PEM, where this PEM specifically exists as the First of the Five Fundamental Forces of the Universe, and is the only of the FFFs to pertain directly to the CHIPP $10^{-12}$ threshold of reality.
